For Small Business Week, we wanted to highlight one of our new and exciting small businesses. They have recently opened their doors, and are bringing a new workout experience to the Bowling Green Area.

You may have heard of crossfit before, or seen the commercials advertising workouts of similar types. Crossfit is a type of workout that can be adjusted to fit anyone's physical needs, you don't have to be someone that has worked out for years for to enjoy and benefit from these workouts. Here are some of the highlights about Vette City:

All Classes are 45 minutes - 1 hour. You won't be stuck in the gym all day!
  • Enjoy a sense of community with your classmates, create releationships with people who have similar goals.
  • New members can sign up for a free class online!
  • Work with great, Crossfit certified trainers
  • Get tips on diet and nutrition, which is extremely important!
